Fit Club Diss aims to provide a training environment that caters for all needs, so if you are just interested in getting a bit healthier we can help with that or if you want something gruelling that challenges you then we can cater for that as well. We place a big emphasis on total body health at Fit Club so we try to provide training programs that address functional or postural issues as well as nutritional needs to optimize human performance.
We offer specific program design and cardiovascular, resistance and free-weight training, along with a free health screening and induction - all with no 12-month contracts. We also specialize in some of less conventional methods of training the body as well as the traditional including, boxing and VIPR`s as well as sports bands and Kettlebells. We have enough variety to keep any one from getting stale in their training.
